Online registration for Orlando Fit will open in early May 2008! Consider joining us online for the 2008 season or in person at orientation days, Saturday 7/12 & 7/19, at Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs. Our group runs will be mainly on the Seminole Wekiva Trail each Saturday morning beginning in July.

Our training is geared toward the Disney Marathon and Half Marathon weekend, however, many other alternatives and affordable choices are available that work with the training schedule!

Orlando Fit

Welcome to Orlando Fit. We are a training program for walkers and runners designed with the goal of completing the Disney or Tampa Marathon. Our coaches are devoted to getting you in the best shape of your life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, you will receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches, informational seminars and a Orlando Fit Marathon Training T-shirt.

Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a half or full marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you it has truly changed his/her life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger; and all in a short 26 weeks.

Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, this marathon training program is the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way to get in the best shape of your life.

Does just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join us anyway. Our participants have various goals ranging from getting in shape to running or walking the full marathon distance. You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and help you accomplish your fitness goals.
